One flat monthly fee from A$89. Every feature on every plan. No per-booking commission, no per-member creep, no add-on tiers — the only thing that changes between plans is how many members you have.
All prices in AUD and exclude GST. Month to month, no lock-in. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial.

Most platforms in this market gate the useful parts behind add-ons — a member app here, email marketing there, gradings as an extra line item. WeeksPro doesn't have add-on pricing at all. Launchpad at A$89 has the same feature set as Elite at A$279.
Your software fee and your payment fee are two different things, and plenty of platforms blur the line. Here is the whole picture.
Australian cards Per transaction | 1.95% + 30¢ |
International cards Cards issued outside Australia | 3.8% + 30¢ |
BECS direct debit Memberships. Debits over A$320: A$3.50 + 0.3% | 1.3% + 30¢ |
Dishonoured direct debit Per bounced debit | A$2.54 |
Chargeback (disputed payment) Plus the disputed amount, which comes back if you win a card dispute | up to A$25.39 card, A$2.54 direct debit |
| Commission on class bookings | $0 |
| Commission on event tickets | $0 |
| Per-member fee | $0 |
WeeksPro takes zero commission. The transaction fee is the only cost on a payment, rounded up to the next cent. Memberships can be paid by card or direct debit; one-off purchases such as tickets, shop items and PT packs are paid by card. Refunds don't return the original transaction fee. Money moves through your own Stripe account, connected to WeeksPro rather than owned by it, so your revenue and your members' saved payment methods stay yours even if you leave.
A worked example, so nothing is hiding in the footnotes.
A 120-member dance studio on Growth
| WeeksPro Growth plan | A$149/mo |
| Website & custom domain | Included |
| Email campaigns | Included |
| Concert ticketing (300 tickets @ A$25) | A$0 commission |
| Digital waivers | Included |
| Coach payroll | Included |
| Total software cost | A$149/mo +GST |
The transaction fee is separate: 1.95% + 30¢ on an Australian card, or1.3% + 30¢ by direct debit for the weekly fees. On that 300-ticket concert the transaction fees come to about A$237 on a A$7,500 gate, against about A$758 at Eventbrite's published Australian rate (which it adds to what families pay, by default).
For context: a 250-member studio on Clubworx pays about A$259/mo once the member app and gradings are added, and Mindbody's mid tier is A$279/mo before add-ons. Glofox does not publish pricing at all — you book a sales call for a quote. WeeksPro Professional covers the same 250 members at A$199 with everything included.
Based on publicly advertised pricing at the time of writing (July 2026). Pricing changes — always confirm current details with each vendor.
No credit card, no sales call, no feature gates. If you're switching across with 50+ members, the founder migrates you personally — free — and locks your price for 24 months.
